Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
This is a consultative outside sales role, focused on diagnosing home exterior water management needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
In-Home Consultation: Drive to customer homes for pre-set appointments.
Diagnosis & Design: Build rapport, perform thorough property inspections, and accurately diagnose gutter and exterior water management needs. Design and recommend solutions, which may include new gutter installation, repair, replacement, or enhancement of gutters, fascia, and rake boards.
Present & Close: Present custom-designed gutter solutions clearly and professionally, and effectively close the sale with the customer.
Performance: Consistently meet or exceed projected monthly sales targets.
Service: Ensure a remarkable, professional experience for every customer.
Qualifications (About You)
Experience: 1+ years of successful experience in sales, or equivalent education/experience demonstrating a proven track record.
Required License: Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record are mandatory.
Mindset: You thrive in a competitive, performance-based commission structure.
Skills: Strong presentation skills and proficiency using a personal computer and related software.
Preferred: Knowledge of construction principles and practices is a plus.
