TC Hafford Basement Systems is the region’s trusted expert in basement waterproofing and foundation repair—and we’re growing! We’re seeking a reliable, upbeat, and fast-paced Receptionist to join our Wells, Maine office team.

In this phone-based role, you won’t be greeting walk-ins or managing a lobby. Instead, you’ll be the friendly and professional voice that customers and partners hear first. Your job? Answer calls quickly and cheerfully, and forward them accurately—no delays, no confusion.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer all incoming calls promptly with a positive, helpful attitude
• Quickly and accurately direct calls to the correct team member or department
• Assist with occasional outbound calls or follow-ups

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of customer service or receptionist experience
• Friendly and clear phone presence
• Familiarity with office software and multi-line phone systems (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Reliable, consistent on-site attendance
• Ability to sit at a desk and remain focused for an 8-hour workday
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently
