We’re growing and looking for an Appointment Center Representative / Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our Wells office team.

What You’ll Do

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from customers and new leads

• Schedule appointments for sales representatives (appointment setting / appointment scheduling)

• Make outbound calls to follow up on marketing leads and inquiries

• Enter customer and appointment information using CRM and data entry systems

• Send informational packets prior to scheduled appointments

• Assist with general office support and administrative tasks

• Provide professional, friendly phone-based customer service

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or appointment setting experience

• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette

• Comfortable with computers, CRM software, and accurate data entry

• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

• Regular and reliable on-site attendance required
