We helped the Orland Community Center to repair their damp, musty crawl space and keep the building protected. The before photo shows active moisture seeping into the space, along with wood rot. To seal moisture out we installed drainage matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier. A new SmartSump pump helps remove groundwater by pumping it away from the building through an exterior buried discharge line. These products work together to keep the crawl space dry, which in turn prevents the wooden structure of the building from facing any mold or rot issues.

Having lived in this home for most of their life, this Stonington, ME homeowner thought it was time to finally have their dirt basement properly waterproofed. This will both brighten up the space as well as guide any water coming in through the walls down into the WaterGuard for removal.
