We poured a brand new slab floor, along with WaterGuard to channel moisture to the brand new TripleSafe sump pump system. This will form a barrier to capture moisture leaking in through the foundation. Next, a TripleSafe sump system was installed in the basement floor with the WaterGuard feeding directly into it. Now any water captured by the barrier of piping will be guided straight to the TripleSafe for removal from the basement without any moisture gathering on the floors surface. Finally, a CleanSpace wall system was put in place, lining the walls with a waterproof seal to intercept any wall leakage and guide it down into the WaterGuard.
