Once clear, the cracks were covered by an initial layer of sealant. This was quickly covered by a foam pad running the length of each crack. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is capable of pushing all the water from the WaterGuard out of the basement and through the new Buried Discharge Line. To make sure the system works during the freezing winter months, IceGuard was attached to the Buried Discharge Line to prevent ice buildup. Now the homeowner can use their basement as they please since their basement is fully waterproof and will stay dry all the time.

The space needed to be encapsulated to create an inorganic barrier between the outside elements and the crawl space. Drainage Matting was laid down, which features large, stiff dimples that create a gap. CleanSpace is laid on top of the Drainage Matting and attached to the walls. CleanSpace encapsulates the crawl space, and with the white coating, CleanSpace helps to brighten the area, making it ideal for storage. Finally, SprayFoam was installed around the rim joist and where necessary. Now the homeowner is able to live in a more comfortable home without having to continuously change their thermostat and while saving money on their energy bill.
