LONG TERM REVIEW - 9 YEARS I had a terrible basement flooding problem that I discovered shortly after purchasing my home in 2009. The basement is very large, with a finished concrete floor. I could have installed a water slide and diving board in the basement. TC Hafford installed the basement waterproofing system in 2009, and it has been bone dry ever since. Even continuous torrential rains are a non-issue. I was able to completely finish one of the rooms in the basement. A very effective and reliable system. Thank you!
