Our Overall Service
Some miscommunication at first; Technician brought wrong bulkhead for installation day; had to remeasure twice and reschedule the installation appointment.

Good, although I had to call production several times to get accurate/updated information.

Great! Robert "Bob" went above and beyond, explaining the process to me and what he was going to do -- plus he made sure the new bulkhead cement base was well marked for future snow plowing.
