Our Overall Service

I am very satisfied with the product and installation, but have some issues with communication between myself and the company.

Call Representative

I found that communication with the company was unsettling. There were times when we were to receive a call and didn't. We received a call one day giving us a time and date of arrival, then 2 days later another call with different information. Didn't seem to know about the first call. Also an installer arrival issue.

Sales Process

We had a young man (Justin) who was very pleasant and thorough. Very pleased.

The Cleanup Process

The installation crew cleaned up fine. great job
