TC Hafford is the absolute best company we have ever dealt with.
ALL of your call representatives have been so pleasant and positive to speak with.
Andrew was excellent to meet with. He was not pushy at all. We told him what our problem was, took him down to the cellar to show him, sat down to talk and he sent us our options. It was perfect!!
Robert (one man crew) was great. He was here right on time and ready to work. He is a very conscientious and hard worker. He explained to my husband what he would be doing for work.
Robert did an excellent job cleaning up. We wouldn't have known he had been down there except for the new "stripes" on our foundation!!
What made you choose our company:
TV ads and my friend had work done by TC Hafford and was very happy. I cannot tell you how happy we are with the work that Robert did and with the WHOLE TC Hafford experience!! I really think Tony needs to sell the secret to building a company like TC Hafford and to have such positive supportive EMPLOYEES!! You don't see that too often. I don't know when Don and I have seen a company when EVERYONE is so NICE and happy!! We just love it!! Robert was just a delight to have here working on the cellar and we truly enjoyed having him here and then Emily was just a joy to talk with on the phone. My only drawback is that you don't remodel bathrooms!! We are having trouble finding someone to do it. Does anyone know somebody? I'm teasing but if you happen to know, you have my number!!
