Looking forward to a dry basement this winter and spring. The extra money will have been worth it to get the job done right the first time. When the job was nearly complete, Mike noticed a wet spot on the floor. After some checking, he moved the insulation at the top of the wall and found that the box sill was all wet. I had a leak in the roof that I was unaware of. Water was running down the inside of the wall. I fixed the roof, I'm glad Mike found it before more damage was done. Mike is a good man, you need to give him a raise. 

Everyone was professional from salesman to installers! Office staff called me when the crew was going to be late. The salesman was not pushy, but explained everything in detail - especially the battery back-up. All team members have great knowledge of Basement Systems products.
