We had a lot of rain shortly after our installation which used to leave a large puddle in the cellar. After a day and a half of rain with standing water in the yard my cellar is dry!!

We had water coming into our basement in three separate spots, each spot required a different solution. The technician was unsure about one of them, which was inside where our electric came into the house. He spoke with his supervisor, sent him photos, talked to another person, and made absolute sure that he was doing the best job he could. I appreciated how thorough he was and didnt just give up and say he couldn't do it. He was also great about explaining what he did in each spot and why. I felt well-educated on the process.
