New RockWell Egress in Cumberland Center, ME

Challenge

The homeowners had hired a contractor for renovations to finish their basement space. A legal egress needed to be added to keep the space safe.

Solution

We installed a new window with a RockWell window well and cover. The RockWell window well has built in steps for easy-escape if needed. It is made of durable composite materials that won't rust like the old corrugated metal window wells.
