We gave this basement the full treatment to keep it dry for many years to come! We poured a new slab floor with WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. BrightWall panels were installed on the walls to seal out moisture and give the basement a fresh, clean appearance. A TripleSafe sump pump is installed in conjunction with the WaterGuard drainage to pump water away from the home. We also added a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system to control the humidity while also filtering the air of allergens like mold spores. Lastly, Spray Foam insulation was added on the rim joists to seal out cold air and keep the home comfy and energy efficient.
