Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Solution for Basement Walls in Gorham, Maine

The major source of water was a large crack in the foundation wall, and the wall was starting to bow. We installed BrightWall and PowerBraces to repair the walls. BrightWall is a rigid wall paneling system that is also a vapor barrier, allowing moisture to enter behind the panel directly into the WaterGuard drainage system. BrightWall is durable and easy to clean, giving the basement a fresh appearance. PowerBraces were installed to prevent the wall from further bowing. PowerBraces can be adjusted over time to help straighten the wall back to its original position. Additionally, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump and SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system. The TripleSafe sump is connected to the WaterGuard, collecting moisture and pumping it away from the home. The SaniDry Sedona controls the humidity in the basement to a healthy level, keeping the air dry to prevent moisture.
