Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Wet and Humid Bangor, Maine Basement

Homeowners in Bangor, Maine had recently purchased their house and quickly learned the basement was constantly wet and very humid. Half of the basement was finished, so they wanted to keep the space dry and protected. We poured a new concrete floor with WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system. WaterGuard collects moisture and channels it directly to the TripleSafe to be pumped away from the home. The TripleSafe sump pump can handle over 6,000 gallons per hour if needed, and offers a third battery backup pump. The SaniDry Sedona controls the humidity to a healthy level, keeping the space dry. It also has a MERV 8 filter to remove allergens like mold spores, improving the indoor air quality of the home.
