Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Project in Warren, Maine

We helped transform this 1800's built flooded basement into a dry, usable space in Warren, Maine. The old fieldstone walls and dirt floors were allowing groundwater to easily enter and flood the basement. Over time, water intrusion can cause big problems like mold and wood rot. We poured a new concrete floor, installed WaterGuard interior perimeter drainage, sealed off the fieldstone walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier, and added a TripleSafe sump pump to handle the groundwater. All of these products work together to collect and remove water, allowing the homeowners to gain usable square footage.
