Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Drainage Installed in Manchester, Maine

New owners of a Manchester, Maine home had water coming into the basement and wanted to find out how to prevent it from happening again. They met with System Design Specialist Kathryn D. to help identify where the water was coming from and how to best prevent it. We installed WaterGuard perimeter drainage with TrenchDrain, as well as a TripleSafe sump pump. WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are installed together around the perimeter of the basement, collecting incoming water and channeling it to the TripleSafe to be pumped away from the home. WaterGuard is used along the cove joint, and TrenchDrain is used in conjunction where there is higher traffic or higher water capacity, like condensation from other mechanical units.
