Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Project in Newburgh, Maine

We helped homeowners in Newburgh, Maine to waterproof their wet basement. The foundation wall and old floors were cracked, allowing water to easily seep into the space. First, we poured a new concrete floor with WaterGuard interior perimeter drainage. To address the walls, we installed CleanSpace Wall system, a vapor barrier that seals out moisture and gives the walls a clean, updated appearance. A TripleSafe sump pump captures water from the WaterGuard and pumps it away from the home through an exterior buried discharge line. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidification system to keep the humidity at a healthy level. Spray Foam insulation was applied to the walls and rim joists to improve the energy efficiency of the space. All of these products work seamlessly together to keep moisture out so their basement is now dry all the time.
