System Design Specialist Mark met with homeowners in Liberty, Maine to evaluate their wet basement, determining where the water problem was coming from, and the best solution for the homeowners to keep the basement dry. The homeowners frequently experienced standing water, and wanted to be sure they could keep their belongings safe and prevent mold. We poured a new concrete floor with WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, and also added a TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard captures water seeping in from the cove joint and channels it to the TripleSafe to be pumped away. CleanSpace Wall system covers the basement walls to seal out moisture and give a clean and updated appearance.
