Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofed in Windham, ME

A Windham, ME homeowner contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems for a free estimate to repair their leaking basement. Our System Design Specialist Stephen C. met with the homeowner to create a plan to keep their basement dry and usable.   WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement and connected to a new TripleSafe Sump Pump. WaterGuard captures and channels water to the TripleSafe, which features two Zoeller sumps and a battery-powered backup. The TripleSafe drains water out of the basement and through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that is protected against ice buildup with IceGuard. CleanSpace Wall System was installed to act as a vapor barrier where needed and channel any additional moisture from the walls to the WaterGuard. Their basement is now fully protected from any future water issues and they can use the space worry free!
