Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Water Free in Waldoboro

Our Waldoboro, ME homeowner reached out to TC Hafford Basement Systems for help with preventing water from continuing to come into their basement. They met with System Design Specialist Mike M. for a free estimate to address their basement's needs.   Foreman Jesus D. and installer Ryan M. worked to install CleanSpace Wall System, WaterGuard, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.    WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement and connected to a new TripleSafe Sump Pump. WaterGuard captures and channels water to the TripleSafe, which features two Zoeller sumps and a battery-powered backup. The TripleSafe drains water out of the basement and through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that is protected against ice buildup with IceGuard. CleanSpace Wall System was installed to act as a vapor barrier where needed and channel any additional moisture from the walls to the WaterGuard.
