Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing in Washington, ME

A Washington, ME homeowner contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems for a free estimate to waterproof their basement. The homeowner was experiencing flooding from heavy rains and did not want the continued frustrations that come with cleaning up a wet mess. System Design Specialist Kathryn D. came up with a plan to prevent further water from coming in and to keep their space dry.    We installed drainage matting and poured a new slab, complete with WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement.  WaterGuard captures and channels water to the new TripleSafe sump pump, which features two Zoeller sumps and a battery-powered backup. The TripleSafe drains water out of the basement and through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that is protected against ice buildup in the winter with IceGuard. Our homeowner can now enjoy their dry basement headache free!
