Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Prep for New Slab & Sump Pump in Wolfeboro, NH

Wolfeboro, NH homeowners contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems to help with their wet basement. System Design Specialist Michael P. gave a free estimate on the needed repairs. Due to the cracking in the original basement floor, we poured a new slab with drainage matting underneath. Slab WaterGuard was also installed around the perimeter of the basement to help channel any water and moisture to the new SuperSump Plus system. The SuperSump removes water from the basement through a buried exterior discharge line and takes the water away from the home. The homeowners also had a smaller crawlspace area they wanted to encapsulate. We installed CleanSpace with drainage matting to protect that space. Drainage Matting is a durable barrier with dimples to help channel water and elevate the CleanSpace, keeping it clean. CleanSpace is a durable, inorganic vapor barrier that gets attached to the walls and seals up the crawl space, keeping moisture out.
