Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Leaking Cinder Block Foundation in Lisbon Falls, ME

A Lisbon Falls, ME homeowner reached out to TC Hafford Basement Systems for support with their leaking cinder block foundation basement. System Design Specialist Peter F. met with the homeowner to assess the space. WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter and connected to a new TripleSafe Sump Pump. WaterGuard captures and channels water to the TripleSafe, which features two Zoeller sumps and a battery-powered backup. The TripleSafe drains water out of the basement and through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that is protected against ice buildup with IceGuard. CleanSpace Wall System was installed to act as a vapor barrier where needed and channel any additional moisture from the walls to the WaterGuard. Finishing out the full waterproofing system was the installation of a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
