Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Multiple Water Leaks in Solon, ME Basement

A homeowner from Solon, ME reached out to TC Hafford Basement Systems for help with the water coming into their basement from multiple points, one by the cellar door and another from a well pipe entrance. System Design Specialist Alan N. met with the owner to assess the space and create a plan to keep the basement dry.    Since the basement was a large space with two big areas of water intrusion, we installed two SuperSump Plus systems to handle the amount of water coming in. WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement to channel the water directly to the SuperSump pumps. Both pump systems remove water from the basement through a buried exterior discharge line, which is protected against winter freezing with IceGuard. On the wall with the well pipe we also sealed the pipe leaks and installed CleanSpace Wall System.  CleanSpace Wall System acts as a vapor barrier where needed.
