Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Cracked Walls Leaking Water in Vanceboro Basement

Vanceboro, ME homeowner reached out to TC Hafford Basement Systems for help with their cracked and leaking foundation walls. System Design Specialist Craig Z. met with the homeowners to create a plan that would keep their basement dry and healthy. We installed BrightWall panels around the basement walls, offering a vapor barrier seal against moisture and protecting the walls that were cracked. BrightWall is easy to clean, durable, and will never discolor. Along the perimeter of the basement we installed WaterGuard to channel any water to the new TripleSafe sump pump. An exterior buried discharge line removes water from the TripleSafe and away from the home. Lastly, a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air purifier was installed to filter dust and mold spores, as well as control the humidity in the basement.
