Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: New Harbor, ME Basement Makeover

Homeowners in New Harbor, ME were constantly dealing with water in their basement and needed help. They reached out to TC Hafford Basement Systems to give a free estimate on waterproofing their space. We poured a new slab floor with drainage matting and WaterGuard around the perimeter to channel any moisture to the new TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe removes water away from the home through an exterior buried discharge line. The discharge line is protected from freezing up in the winter with IceGuard. The home also had a small crawl space that we encapsulated with CleanSpace vapor barrier and SprayFoam insulation. The entire basement is now dry and protected.
