Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Sweden, ME Basement & Crawl Space Upgrades

Homeowner in Sweden, ME was experiencing both a damp basement and wet crawl space, so they reached out to TC Hafford Basement Systems for support with All Things Basementy. In the basement we poured a new slab floor complete with WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system. One of the basement walls was failing so we also poured a new StableLock wall to keep the foundation secure and safe. The crawl space was encapsulated with CleanSpace, drainage matting, and spray foam insulation.
