Siblings inherited a Wolfeboro, NH home from their parents and wanted to address the structural and moisture issues in the crawl space. There were concerns about the floors sagging and foundation sinking. To keep the home stable and safe, we poured a StableLock Wall to repair the failing foundation wall. We also installed SmartJacks to give stability to the sagging floors. Once the structural repairs were in place, we encapsulated the entire crawl space with CleanSpace with drainage matting, a vapor barrier that seals out moisture. A SmartSump pump system, and SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system were also added to complete the waterproofing.
