Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: 100 Year Old Basement in Monson, ME

Monson, ME owners reached out to TC Hafford Basement Systems for help with their 100 year old basement. It had dirt floors, moisture issues, and they were experiencing uneven floors and doors above the basement. To support the failing floors above, we installed SmartJacks that stabilize and lift the floor beams. To address the uneven dirt floors in the basement we poured a brand new slab floor, complete with WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. A TripleSafe sump pump was connected to the WaterGuard to collect any moisture and pump it away from the home through an exterior buried discharge line. Lastly, we installed a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system to filter the air and control the humidity in the basement.
