Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Sick of Sump Pump Failures So They Called TC Hafford!

Brunswick, ME homeowners were frustrated with their wet basement and ongoing sump pump issues. They had replaced their sump pump 3 times in 7 years, and wanted a more permanent solution so they called TC Hafford Basement Systems. To waterproof their basement, we first poured a new slab floor with drainage matting to combat water seeping in through the floor. WaterGuard was installed as a perimeter drainage system around the basement. The WaterGuard ties directly into their new TripleSafe sump pump so the pump can remove the water away from the home. The TripleSafe features two Zoeller pumps and a battery back up, so the homeowner doesn't have to worry about power loss or pump failure. Lastly, we added a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system to control the humidity in the basement, and filter dust and mold spores.
