Clinton, Maine homeowners were experiencing water seeping in behind their finished panel walls in their basement. They called TC Hafford Basement Systems for a free estimate to waterproof the space. To address the water seeping in from the walls, we installed CleanSpace Wall System, which is a vapor barrier that seals moisture out of the basement and channels it behind the liner down to the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard is installed around the full perimeter of the basement to capture water and drain it directly to the new TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe is the top of the line sump pump system, with two Zoeller pumps as well as a third battery back up pump. TripleSafe sump pumps will continue to work even if one pump experiences failure, or the home loses power. All of these products work together seamlessly to keep this basement dry so the owners gain usable space back.
