Owners in Portland, Maine had a 100 year old home with a leaky bulkhead, causing water damage in their basement. They contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems for help. The old concrete walls were cracked and leaking, so we poured brand new concrete walls for the bulkhead. Once the walls were set, we installed the new bulkhead doors.
