Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: 100 Year Old Leaking Basement Waterproofing in Bar Harbor, Maine
A 100 year old home in Bar Harbor, Maine had water intrusion coming in from all sides. The homeowners also indicated that the old concrete floor was cracked and thin, allowing water to seep in. We updated the space by pouring a new concrete floor, along with WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. A TripleSafe sump pump was installed, collected water from the WaterGuard and pumping it away from the home through an exterior buried discharge line. CleanSpace Wall system was installed on the basement walls to seal out moisture, and give the basement a fresh, updated look.
