Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Flooding Commercial Basement in Newington, NH

We helped the owners of a commercial building in Newington, NH waterproof their flooded basement. To start we poured a brand new slab floor with WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. One of the walls was bowing, so we also poured a new StableLock Wall to properly support the building. WaterGuard captures water and channels it directly to their new TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe has two Zoeller pumps, and a third battery back up pump to protect against power loss. A SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system was also installed to control the humidity, removing 100 pints of water from the air per day!
