Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: New Basement Windows Installed in Kennebunk, Maine

Kennebunk, Maine homeowners have a home built in the 1940's that developed a very wet basement over the years. We waterproofed their basement from the ground up, with products that work seamlessly together to keep the space dry and usable. We poured a new slab floor to prevent water seeping in from the floor. WaterGuard perimeter drainage was installed around the basement, connecting to their new TripleSafe Sump Pump. CleanSpace Wall System was in stalled on the basement walls to seal out moisture, and give a fresh, updated appearance to the space. The old leaking basement windows were removed and we installed new Sunhouse basement windows. We also added a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system. The SaniDry controls the humidity in the space, and also filters out allergens from the air like mold spores.
