Moisture had also caused problems with some of their wooden support beams, so the home needed added support. We poured a new slab floor with WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. BrightWall panels were installed on the walls of the basement, sealing out moisture and giving the space a fresh, clean look. A TripleSafe sump pump was installed, which connects directly with the WaterGuard drainage to remove water from the home. We added a SaniDry Sedona dehumification system to control the moisture in the basement, as well as filter allergens from the air. Lastly, SmartJacks were installed to provide more support to the home. Their basement has been completely transformed into a space they can now enjoy and safely store their belonging.
