Encapsulating a Crawl Space in Brunswick, Maine

Brunswick, Maine homeowners wanted help encapsulating and insulating their crawl space, as well as evaluating if something could be done to help their creaking floors above. We installed our two-step encapsulation system, including drainage matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier. Spray Foam insulation will be added to the walls and rim joists to provide immediate energy efficiency improvements to the home. We also installed two SmartJacks to lift and level the creaking floors above.
