Encapsulating Musty Crawl Space in Winthrop, Maine

Winthrop, Maine homeowners were experiencing strong odors from their crawl space. The crawl space had a dirt and gravel floor, and high moisture. We installed our two-part encapsulation system, including drainage matting to control groundwater, with CleanSpace vapor barrier liner on top. CleanSpace seals the entire crawl space to keep water out. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system.
