Installing a Vapor Barrier in a Camden, Maine Crawl Space

Homeowners in Camden, Maine were experiencing a very wet crawl space. They already had insulation, but the air quality was poor and they were concerned about moisture damaging their wooden support beams. We installed our encapsulation system, which consists of two parts. First we lay down drainage matting to control any groundwater. Then we add our CleanSpace vapor barrier liner on top. CleanSpace seals moisture out of the crawl space. The vapor barrier is also made of an inorganic material, which prevents mold growth. Their crawl space is now healthy and protected!
