Insulating & Encapsulating a Crawl Space in Saco, Maine

Homeowners in Saco, Maine wanted to improve their crawl space by adding insulation and preventing any moisture problems. We first encapsulated the space with drainage matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier. Drainage matting controls the groundwater, while the CleanSpace liner seals out moisture and prevents mold growth.
