Encapsulating Flooded Crawl Space in Rochester, NH

This Rochester, NH crawl space had constant moisture, and signs of frequent flooding. Moisture in a crawl space can weaken and damage the wooden supports to the home over time through mold or wood rot. We encapsulated the crawl space with drainage matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier, sealing out water. A SmartSump pump was installed to control the groundwater. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona, which is a high efficiency air system that removes moisture from the air to keep the crawl space at a healthy humidity level.
