Additional Support Posts in Orono, Maine Crawl Space

Orono, Maine homeowners were experiencing sinking floors in the room above their crawl space. We were able to install SmartJacks to keep their home properly supported. SmartJacks are galvanized steel posts that are custom fit to the space, with each post holding over 60,000 lbs. The SmartJacks can be adjusted to lift the floors above, returning them to level. The galvanized coating protects the steel posts from rusting.
