Waterproofing Crawl Space in North Haven, Maine

We recently helped homeowners in North Haven, Maine to waterproof their wet crawl space. Their previous sump pump was not working properly, and they had water pooling around the area. We replaced their old sump with our SmartSump system, designed to control groundwater and pump it away from the home. We encapsulated the crawl space with drainage matting and our CleanSpace vapor barrier, sealing out moisture and preventing mold growth. Lastly, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier - it can remove over 100 pints of water from the air per day, helping to keep the crawl space a dry and healthy space.
