Installing Supports for 1900's Crawl Space in Corinth, Maine

We helped homeowners in Corinth, Maine who had sagging floors and rotting, cracking support beams. Moisture had seeped into the crawl space and over time caused the beams to weaken and rot in some places. We installed SmartJacks support posts with new supplemental beams to keep the home stabilized. SmartJacks are made of galvanized steel with a coating that protects them from rusting. Each SmartJack can handle over 60,000 lbs and are custom fit to the space. We can tighten and adjust them over time to lift and level the floors above back to their original position.
