With the system installed, outside elements are kept out, and the crawl space can be used for storage without the fear of moisture causing any damage. Groundwater will be removed by the installed SmartSump and taken out of the crawl space through a buried discharge line. To round out the system, the homeowner also decided to purchase a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep humidity at a safe level, meaning they will have peace of mind moving forward, knowing that their crawl space is protected and the structural integrity of their home is intact.

IceGuard pipe segments protect homes by allowing any water blocked by ice or debris to escape the sides of the line before backing up into the basement.
