The homeowners were using their shop vac daily and could not keep up with the water intrusion. We installed a new StableLock Wall in front of the failing foundation wall. StableLock is a poured concrete wall that stops the old wall from further shifting or bowing, and provides proper stability to the home. It is less costly and intrusive than traditional methods of foundation repair, which often involve excavation and lifting of the home.

We replaced their old rusted lally columns and wooden posts with SmartJacks. SmartJacks are zinc-coated steel posts that are custom fit to support the home above.
