Sump Pump Installation in South Portland, Maine

Homeowners in South Portland, Maine had recently renovated part of their basement when rain started seeping into the space. System Design Specialist Michael M. met with the owners to provide a free estimate to waterproof the space and protect the investment they made into the renovations. We installed WaterGuard interior perimeter drainage with a TripleSafe sump pump system. WaterGuard captures the groundwater seeping in, and channels it to the TripleSafe sump which then pumps the water away from the home. The TripleSafe system features two cast iron Zoeller pumps, along with a third battery backup pump that keeps the system operating even if the home loses power.
