Water was seeping into this basement every time it rained. To keep this basement dry all the time, we installed our WaterGuard Interior Drainage System paired with a TripleSafe Sump System for ultimate protection against water intrusion. 

Homeowners in Lincoln, ME were constantly dealing with water leaking into the basement, which caused their walls to corrode and begin to fail. To waterproof the space we installed WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard is a drainage system that channels water directly to the TripleSafe to be removed from the home. The corroding walls needed more stability and support, so we installed PowerBraces to straighten the walls and ensure the home maintained its structural integrity. 

We recently encapsulated this Lincoln, Maine crawl space. The homeowners wanted to seal up the dirt floor to keep moisture out. We installed drainage matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier. Drainage matting controls the groundwater, while the CleanSpace liner keeps moisture out and prevents mold growth. 

This Lincoln, Maine crawl space was constantly damp and had dirt floors that the owners had tried to cover with plastic but it was not fully sealed up. The homeowners contacted us for help encapsulating the space properly. We installed drainage matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier which work together to seal out water and give the crawl space a fresh, clean appearance. Spray Foam insulation was installed on the walls and rim joists, not only improving the energy efficiency, but acting as an added vapor barrier since Spray Foam is water resistant. Moisture will no longer seep up from the dirt floors, keeping this home dry and protected!

With a large crack down the length of their basement wall and allowing water to easily leak in, this Ellsworth, ME homeowner was in need of professional waterproofing. After they contacted our office staff, we were able to get our crew on the job! They first sealed the crack with a three-part FlexiSpan seal, before lining the walls with a CleanSpace liner. While the FlexiSpan keeps the crack water-tight, the CleanSpace will brighten up the space while providing a secondary barrier against possible moisture leakage through the wall. Next, to keep water from leaking through the foundation, WaterGuard piping was installed around the perimeter of the floor leading into a SuperSump pump. This pump, alongside a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and UltraSump backup battery will keep this basement completely water free, by removing any collected moisture through a PVC discharge line leading out of the home. This line is further protected on the exterior of the home with an IceGuard pipe segment to prevent backing up water from entering the home again.

With their newly waterproofed basement, this homeowner can now make use of their basement however they wish without the fear of water damage. The heavily leaking crack will never again be a problem for this Ellsworth, ME homeowner!
